Beethoven will play music to your heart

Carole Rossof

Meet Beethoven, an eight-year-old, three-legged mixed breed male. Is there anyone out there who would open up their heart and home to this sweet and well-behaved boy? He was just a puppy when he ran out into the street and was hit by a car. His leg was so badly injured that it was necessary for the vet to amputate. That doesn’t stop him from running and playing and being a happy dog.

Beethoven gets along great with all the cats and dogs living in his foster home. He’s housebroken and will alert you with a soft whine if he needs to go out. He loves women and can be shy around men and strangers. He warms up almost immediately when given a treat. When he gets to know you, he’s a very loyal, loving and affectionate companion. He loves car rides; jumping into the car like a puppy if he thinks he’s going on an outing. He’s neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on all shots.

If you would like to meet Beethoven or have any questions, please call his foster mom, Anne, at 850-3038. As much as Anne loves him, she would like to find him his “forever” home.
