Robert Muse
Stuart Watkins
Robert E. Muse is more than the SaddleBrooke Bank Manager of BMO. He can sync your computer to work with your smartphone and help with getting both devices to work with online banking. He has helped me several times when I was locked out of BMO online banking because I had forgotten my password or tried too many times. To protect my account from being hacked, it was locked.
In talking with Robert, I found that he is an avid mountain biker, and he has a beagle that he and his wife walk each morning. Both his sons are high achievers. One attends the University of Arizona, majoring in materials science and engineering, and the other has a master’s in speech therapy.
When asked why he chose banking as a career of 34 years, he replied that he wanted to help people make good financial choices. Robert has been with BMO for 10 years.
His degrees include a double major in economics and English from the University of Illinois and a general banking diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
If anyone has difficulty in logging into their online banking account, both the tellers are willing to help, and Robert is always ready to give friendly assistance.
Robert sometimes teaches the value of steady investments at Junior Achievement classes at high schools.
As for frauds that we need to be aware of, BMO has a list of 20, which you can get a copy of by asking him for it. The frauds range from overpayment scams, subscription scams, one-time password scams, cryptocurrency scams, employment scams, investment scams, and many more.
Yes, Robert E. Muse is more than the SaddleBrooke Bank Manager of BMO.
