In this interactive presentation, you will discover a model for how your mind works and a live demonstration, a few hypnotic techniques you can use almost any time or place to reduce stress or anxiety and increase relaxation. Dan will show you how to change your thoughts in your mind with a demo and a closed-eye guided group hypnosis meditation.
Hypnotherapy has been used for centuries to help people resolve various issues in their life. Common applications today include stress and anxiety reduction, weight loss, smoking cessation, resolve issues, and achieve goals.
You will also gain an understanding of the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy and myths, which is hypnosis that is used for the purpose of personal growth.
Dan will provide a model of how your brain works so that you can take back control of your thoughts and emotions. Many people are not aware of their limiting patterns of thinking or how to change them.
Dan’s journey started in 1995 when he discovered Tony Robbins and joined Tony’s training program, and he has continued to learn new rapid-change techniques. He now teaches these techniques to a national audience.
