A frost delay on December 4, 2018, on the MountainView Golf Course forced a cancellation of a planned event in order to arrive on time for the holiday luncheon and entertainment at the MountainView Bistro.
Given lemons the MountainView Preserve lady Niners chairpersons and their committee made lemonade by setting up a putting challenge for prizes on MV putting green. It was another successful MPLN fun day.
Remembering the children served by Tri-Community Food Bank, volunteers from SaddleBrooke Community Outreach delivered the donated toys, books, dolls and stuffed animals to be gifted to the children on December 16, 2018. The donations also included gift cards, candy canes, batteries and money collected by selling golf balls.
The attendees were entertained by the SaddleBrooke Men’s Barbershop Corus led by Nancy Bergman since 2003.
