The SaddleBrooke Lady Niners are happy to welcome our recently elected board members who are leading the SaddleBrooke Lady Niners Club for 2024. We greatly appreciate their commitment to the success of our club and willingness to take on these important roles. They are Cheryl Hays, president; LeAnn Ellingson, vice president; Karla Kincaid, secretary; Sandy Wagoner, treasurer; Terri Tindal, tournament; Char Crossman, pairings; and Susan Lucci, handicap.

In addition to the officers, many others have roles that are important for the success of the league and the enjoyment of our members. As the expression goes, “It takes a village.” They are LeAnn Ellingson, membership; Sue Schliepsiek, rules; Wanda Ross, publicity/historian; Maria Byers, Niners’ Notes; Char Crossman, internal communications; Regina Pang, website; Theresa Mares, handbook; Kat Danner, social; Pat Stead, outside invitationals; Dian Kupper, Sunshine; Pat Stead, bulletin board; Theresa Mares, ringer board; and Charlotte James, Golf Committee liaison.

It’s a new year, so this is an excellent time to join the Lady Niners. In SaddleBrooke we often hear that we’re all from someplace else. For the lady golfers “from somewhere else,” we welcome you to the SaddleBrooke Lady Niners, an excellent place to make new friends and enjoy a fun, positive golf experience. Every Tuesday morning, we golf in fun, friendly 9-hole games. We follow established rules and etiquette for golf but welcome players at all skill levels. We have many fun tournaments throughout the year and special events with other golf groups. Membership details are at www.sb9ers.org. Click on “How to Join.” New membership applications are available outside the SaddleBrooke Pro Shop in the posting room. We look forward to you joining us.

We Niners are very appreciative of our event sponsors: Coyote Golf Cars, Desert Life Pharmacy, Golf Cars of Arizona, The Moore Advantage Team, Morris Hall PLLC, and RidgeView Physical Therapy.
