Join the mission to remember, honor and teach – one wreath at a time

Wreaths Across America is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to remember and honor those who have served our nation and teach others to do the same. By offering sponsorships to the public, Wreaths Across America hopes that one day every veteran’s interment site will be adorned with a wreath. Last year the organization and its national network of volunteers placed over 1,500,000 memorial wreaths at nearly 1,422 cemeteries in the United States and abroad. This year the wreaths will be placed nationwide on the Wreaths Across America 2018 National Remembrance Day, December 15.

While the members of the American Legion Auxiliary Oro Valley Unit 132 honor veterans every day, there is no better time to express appreciation for their service and sacrifice than during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Please support our 2018 Wreaths Across America campaign by donating a wreath in honor of or in remembrance of a loved one.

Each hand-crafted wreath is $15 and the wreaths will be placed at any participating cemetery and helps to fund veterans’ assistance and educational programs. If a specific cemetery is not requested, the wreath(s) will be placed at Evergreen Cemetery in Tucson where over 13,500 veterans are interred. The deadline for ordering wreaths is November 28, 2018. Order now and avoid the last minute rush.
