SaddleBrooke Pickleball Association Inc. (SPA) is proud to have eight teams (over 90 players) competing in the 2025 Arizona Pickleball Players League, showcasing the talent and spirit of our players. Teams include women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles of different ages and skill levels. Everyone is invited to come watch and cheer on our teams. There are 12 home matches scheduled in February and more in March. The Arizona Pickleball Players League (APPL) is a rapidly growing, statewide, team-based pickleball league. With over 5,000 pickleball players competing from across Arizona, it provides SaddleBrooke Pickleball members with an exciting opportunity to compete for the State Championship, which is held in April. Over 50 million people now play pickleball in the United States, making it the fastest-growing sport for the past three years.
