Introducing ‘Ask Emma,’ Advice and Paw-spective from a Little White Dog

Emma, a Little White Dog

Hello SaddleBrooke neighbors!

My name is Emma. I’m a cheerful bichon-poodle mix who lives here with my human, Bill. You may have seen us out on the cart paths early in the morning or around the neighborhood in our golf cart. I have lots of dog friends—Oliver, Jack, Mimi, Lulu, Buddy, Echo, and Polly are just a few—and we all love our walks, our routines, and this wonderful place we call home.

I’ve recently shared my thoughts in a little article that described a good day for me in SaddleBrooke, and the response was so warm that my human and I had a new idea: Why not make this a regular thing? So, I’m launching a new column called “Ask Emma.”

Have a question about dog etiquette? Curious what your four-legged friend might really think about car rides or mysterious cactus smells? Wondering what to do when your neighbor’s dog barks at golf carts (gasp!)? Just ask me!

You can send your questions or topics to me at my email address emmathewhitedog@gmail.com, mentioning you saw me in the SaddleBrooke Progress. I promise to give honest, kind (and occasionally cheeky) advice from a dog’s-eye view.

Let’s have some fun, share a few tail wags, and keep building a friendly, pawsitive SaddleBrooke community together.

With love and a nose for news,

Emma,

A little white dog
