This year the MountainView Lady Putters added a special Sponsorship Committee to locate and invite local businesses to be a vital part of our Putters organization. Each Monday the putting green is lined with signs from those willing to donate a nominal amount to be featured.
Danielle Schamp with Long Realty, one of our Gold members and a member of the Putters, was invited to speak at the September MVLP monthly luncheon. She shared some very important, pertinent information for you as a prospective seller or buyer. She had an amazing PowerPoint presentation showing the comparisons and averages over the last couple of years. Did you know that the current average “on the market” time is around 90 days? Do you know some of the important items to have updated in your home to prepare for sale? For example: roof underlayment, updated AC.
