It’s a Wrap!
Do you find that sometimes your plastic wrap does not stick to your containers? The solution: Wet the edge of the container with a little water, then place the plastic wrap on the container.
That’s the Way the Cookie Crumbles.
Short on time but you want to fix a cookie in rapid time? Mix one box of cake mix (any flavor) with 8 ounces of thawed Cool Whip and one egg. The dough will be sticky. Roll tablespoon-size amounts in powdered sugar and place on parchment-lined cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Voilà! These are soft cookies!

Sliders in a Flash
It’s Saturday and you said that you would bring ham and cheese sliders to the appetizer party, but you are running out of time. You bought the King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls, the ham, and the cheese, but you have little time to assemble the appetizer. So, here is what you can do. Remove the rolls from the package, and keeping them in one piece, slice the connected rolls horizontally. Remove the top layer, then slather mayo on the bottom half and add the ham and cheese. Put the top layer back on the prepared bottom half, cut the rolls into individual sliders, then proceed with the rest of the recipe (e.g., the butter topping and the baking).
Short on Space in a Bathroom?

Are You Being Bugged?
If gnats or fruit flies find their way to your kitchen, put apple cider vinegar and honey in a cup, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes in the plastic. These pests will head into the fluid and to their demise.
