Join us at our next Health Night Out (HNO) on Monday, March 9, at DesertView Performing Arts Center. Drs. Sven N. Sandeen and Elizabeth S. Lee will present advanced techniques to improve breast implants, scar reduction, facelifts, and much more. Doors open at 6:45 p.m., and the presentation begins at 7 p.m.
Doctors Lee and Sandeen from Sandeen & Lee Plastic Surgery will cover numerous topics for enhancing body areas, from eyelids and necks to tummies and hips. The topics include:
• Using Mohs reconstruction surgery to remove high-risk skin cancers;
• Explaining eyelid surgery to remove excess fatty deposits around the eye area;
• Performing neck lifts to remove loose skin and fatty deposits under the chin;
• New Motiva breast implants, which offer a more natural look and feel and can also reduce inflammation;
• Scar revision surgery so scars are less noticeable and offer more movement;
• Advanced techniques for facelifts that avoid the tight look by lifting and repositioning deeper muscles;
• SkinPen microneedling, which improves skin texture and reduces scars, fine lines, and wrinkles while tightening skin;
• Tummy tucks that create a smoother and firmer profile; and
• Liposuction to remove excess fat from specific body areas.
About Drs. Lee and Sandeen:
Elizabeth S. Lee, MD, specializes in cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in physiology and minors in Spanish and chemistry. After graduating from the U of A College of Medicine, she completed her plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University.
Sven N. Sandeen, MD, FACS, is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon. He graduated with a biology degree and minors in chemistry, physics, math, and Spanish from the University of Arizona. After graduating from the U of A College of Medicine, he completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Rochester.
