The SaddleBrooke Hiking Club will present a new program on March 15, which may become a fixture on the schedule for years to come. For the first My Favorite Hike program, several members will present a series of short accounts of their great trail experiences. The goal is not only to share these vignettes, but also to inspire all members to discover new hiking adventures.
For the March program, subjects will include the following: Hiking the Wave in Utah, Ice Lakes Basin in Southwestern Colorado, Medicine Bow Range in Wyoming, Heli-hiking in British Columbia, a coast-to-coast trek in Costa Rica, and hiking Mount Baker in Washington State.
Hiking Club presentations are held most months on the third Wednesday of the month in the SaddleBrooke One Activity Center at 4 p.m. Club members and other SaddleBrooke residents are welcome to attend.
