Heartstrings – Our connection with the other side

The SaddleBrooke Metaphysical Study Group will be sponsoring a presentation by intuitive counselor and medium, Catherine Yunt, M. C., on April 11, from 2:30-4:30 p.m., in the SaddleBrooke One Activity Center.

Catherine Yunt, M.C., a research medium for nine years at the University of Arizona, will share “the mechanism of action,” the scientific explanation for how a connection with our loved ones is possible. Initiated in 1986 with the unexpected death of her husband, Catherine’s mediumship eventually became her profession. Her work has been featured in the book The Truth About Medium by Dr. Gary Schwartz and An Atheist In Heaven co-authored by Paul Davids and Dr. Gary Schwartz and in the documentaries Something Unknown Is Doing We Don’t Know What and The Life After Death Project.

Co-Executive Producer of the television series In Deep Shift with Jonas Elrod, a television series that aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network, Catherine was featured in the episode Love Never Dies. Catherine met with Amanda to reassure her that her visitations and conversations with her deceased fiancée, Alex Teves, were real. Alex was killed in the Aurora Colorado Theater shootings, saving Amanda’s life. As with Amanda, Catherine will offer tips and techniques to help you foster a connection with your loved ones on the other side.

Catherine is also an Energy Healing Practitioner. Her healing abilities were tested in the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health at the University of Arizona. The results are featured in the book The Energy Healing Experiments and the documentary Something Unknown Is Doing We Don’t Know What. The transformational journeys of nine resilient individuals were featured, including the alternative and complementary modalities recommended for their healings. The premiere episode filmed in Arizona highlighted Equine Therapy.

Catherine works with a “Group of 12” much like Esther Hicks does with Abraham. Catherine will channel for a few lucky members of the audience during this session.

So, what is metaphysics? It is a branch of philosophy which systematically investigates the nature of first principles and problems of ultimate reality, including the study of being (ontology) and the study of the structure of the Universe (cosmology).
