Maintaining and enjoying good health is primary in the minds of most SaddleBrooke residents as we all strive to age gracefully. This involves being well-informed and familiar with the health-related resources available to us. That’s why the annual SaddleBrooke Health Fair has been so popular for the past 25 years, annually attracting more than 1,000 SaddleBrooke residents. This year’s Health Fair was no exception. With approximately 50 vendors providing information, attendees were exposed to as broad a selection of health-related specialists as we’ve ever had. Thank you to the approximately 100 volunteers who made this Health Fair a smashing success!
A special thank you to the following members of the Health Fair Planning Committee who work nearly year-round to make this event an annual success:
• Ken Siarkiewicz, chairperson and logistics
• Nancy Blackwell, treasurer
• Jill Dopp, vendors
• Marjorie Eisenhauer, immunizations
• Andrea Stephens, volunteers
• Dolores Robu, senior advisor
• Ron Andrea, publicity
We are so fortunate to live in a community in which so many people volunteer their knowledge and skills to make this such a great place to live!
