Having Fun Socializing Maintains Our Brains

To maintain our cognitive function, the top three activities are having fun socializing, eating healthily, and exercising, according to Dr. Thad Polk of the University of Michigan. His expertise is cognitive neuroscience and psychology, and the Princeton Review lists him as one of the top 300 professors in America. So, we believe him whole-heartedly. SaddleBrooke Ballroom Dance Club (SBDC) has several ways for you to accomplish all three activities in fun-filled evenings. Every fun, social, relaxed, non-competitive event in this article is open to all SaddleBrooke residents!

Plan to attend the upcoming SBDC First Thursday Dinner Dance scheduled for April 2 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the SaddleBrooke One Vistas Restaurant, with dancing in the adjacent Vermilion Room.
