Holidays are wonderful times to bring friends and family together to enjoy our beautiful community. There’s nothing like celebrating this wonderful time of the year with those close to you. To ensure your guests enjoy their stay, here are a few reminders of the key rules and guidelines that help make our community a great place for your guests to visit!
Facilities Use Guest Passes
In advance of your guests’ visit, please consider obtaining guest passes at the SaddleBrooke TWO Administration Office. These guest cards cost $5. A guest must have a valid guest card in his/her possession unless accompanied by a member/owner, associate member, or renter. Guests under the age of 18 may use the facilities when accompanied by an adult resident or adult guest with a valid guest card. However, no one under the age of 18 can use the spas and/or the Fitness Center.
Traffic
Please remind your guests about SaddleBrooke’s Safety Corridors. Fines for moving violations are doubled in our Safety Corridors. These safety corridors are in place for everyone’s benefit.
Street Car and RV Parking
Street and RV parking is allowed from Saturday, Nov. 18, through Sunday, Dec. 3, and again from Saturday, Dec. 16, through Sunday, Dec. 31. If your guests are staying outside of those “relaxed” rules periods, please contact the Administration Office to obtain a parking permit. Guest RVs may be parked parallel to the street without extending their bays. No RVs can be parked overnight in any SaddleBrooke TWO parking lot. If your RV guests are staying outside of the period noted above, they can park their RV in front of your home or on your driveway (without extending over the curb) for a maximum of three “daytime periods” and two “nighttime periods” within a seven-day period.
Pools and Fitness Facilities
Pools: At least one designated adult must accompany any person under the age of 18 in the pools and pool common areas. No person under the age of 18 is allowed in the spas. Children’s pool hours are MountainView: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; DesertView: 1 to 3 p.m.; and The Preserve: 3 to 5 p.m. Infants or toddlers in diapers are not allowed in the pools. During children’s hours at each pool, small toys are permitted, provided they are not used in a disruptive or dangerous manner. Arm flotation bands or flotation vests for small children are allowed when accompanied by an adult in the pool.
Fitness facilities: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in SaddleBrooke TWO fitness facilities.
