Into every life a little zen must fall

Harriet C. Schultz

If you ever think what life is about, what we are supposed to be doing here, or why we may feel anxious, worried or easily upset, this might be of interest to you. Can we understand and become aware of our human predicament from a different perspective? Maybe we can learn to suffer less, to worry less, to become aware that the problems in life are not outside of ourselves. Then, a little Zen might be your answer.

I am offering a class that will be a very informal gathering in which there will be teaching, learning, discussion, questions, meditation, tea and cookies and, I hope, lots of fun. There will be six classes, held every other Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Dates still to be determined.

If you are interested and want more information, please call or email me, Harriet Schultz, at 520-825-7658; [email protected].
