October is Health and Wellness Month here at SaddleBrooke One. All month long we will be partnering with nutritionist Nancy Teeter, a SaddleBrooke resident, to help create some of our feature menu items. We will be showcasing ways to enjoy nutritious foods without having to sacrifice taste and creativity. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nancy focuses on whole health and wellness. She passionately believes that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. If you want to learn how to incorporate more healthy delicious foods into your everyday eating patterns, it’s easy to connect with Nancy as she lives here in SaddleBrooke. You can reach her by phone and email at 820-6869 or [email protected].
