Double Nickels refers to people born in 1955. If you or your partner (spouse, significant other, partner, roommate, etc.) were born that year, join us Thursday, September 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Agave Lounge in the SaddleBrooke Clubhouse for an informal no host social hour.
We started school at the beginning of Camelot and graduated from high school at the end of the Vietnam War. We remember the ‘60s because we were too young to inhale or drink the Kool-Aid. We wore bell bottoms and hip huggers and the skirts were short! We’ve seen many firsts and much change in our nearly six decades.
We may be few in number at SaddleBrooke, but we make up for that with our spirit. Bring a story to share about an upcoming adventure or be prepared to exchange ideas for extravagant (or not so) events to celebrate our upcoming sixtieth birthdays in 2015.
