Sr. Jose Women’s Shelter located in the “homeless corridor” in Tucson has a need for adult clothes, twin sheets, blankets (any size), towels and personal care items such as shampoo, shower gel, lotions (regular or travel size) and feminine products. Men’s clothing will also be accepted and donated where needed. The clothing should be boxed/bagged and clearly marked male or female. Items may be dropped off on the first and third Monday of each month (weather permitting) at one of the following homes: Mike Bubla, 39233 S. Lake Crest Dr., 825-0500; or Al Crawford, 62797 E. Terrace Dr., 825-7988. Donation receipts will be provided. This is an ongoing project of the Santa Catalina Catholic Church Social Awareness Ministry.
