It wasn’t your ordinary dance. It was The Best Dance of SaddleBrooke. For the first time 116 enthusiastic dancers from five different venues, Ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Western Dance and SB Line Dance Club gathered together to dance the night away. They put on their dancing shoes or in some cases their dancing boots, kicked up their heels and danced the night away.

Thanks to Steve Holdener, our resident D.J. and dancer himself, each club took turns on the dance floor with their respective music that Steve provided. That in itself is an amazing task with so many dancers. It didn’t take the dancers very long to realize that a lot of the music overlapped with all of the dancing venues so the floor was filled with all kinds of dancing at one time.

The event was organized and facilitated by the Let’s Dance Ballroom/SaddleBrooke Ballroom Clubs. It was the first time anything like this had been tried and it was a huge success.

Our thanks to all of the dancers who participated. It was so much fun.
