CCSB’s upcoming Scholarship Awards

The continued support for the Robert Fries Scholarship Program is a priority for Community Church at SaddleBrooke (CCSB). This will be the fifth year of participation for CCSB who has been given the responsibility to administer the Robert Fries Scholarship Program. It is funded by a gift from the Fries Family Trust and administered by Community Church in cooperation with SaddleBrooke One and SaddleBrooke TWO.

These opportunity scholarships are offered to employees from both HOA’s in SaddleBrooke. Recipients will receive a scholarship for pursuing education and training at a university, community college or technical school. Association employees with one year of satisfactory service and demonstrated financial need who are accepted at an accredited institution of higher learning or trade school are eligible to apply.

Robert (Bob) Fries, a SaddleBrooke resident for 20 years, passed away in 2013. He had a keen interest in employees of clubs, which he frequented regularly and would be pleased to know that the awarding of this scholarship is making a difference in the lives of hardworking young people.

CCSB is a Christian-centered Church with a mission to glorify God by becoming a community of grace where we receive, live and share the love of Jesus Christ. Join us every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in the DesertView Performing Arts Center in SaddleBrooke and our December 9 first time ever Christmas Cantata! All are welcome.
