Veterans Committee Co-Chair Belinda Waller, Alane Asp, and Steve Asp of Arizona Elks Lodge 2815 delivered Christmas gifts for 28 veterans at the Arizona State Veterans Home in Tucson.
As of Dec. 20, 2021, our donations for veterans have totaled $123,822 for our lodge year! Included in our total donation is $4,129 for new, warm clothes and food for our homeless veterans. Every year, the Veterans Committee is asked to shop for veterans living at the Arizona State Veterans Home on the VA Campus. Belinda and Les Waller spearheaded this effort. In total, we provided Christmas gifts for about 28 veterans living in the home.
