This presentation provides strategies for researching burial information, particularly for genealogical purposes. It offers methods for narrowing down death dates and locating burial sites by using various records and online cemetery databases. Additionally, it suggests reaching out to local historical or genealogical societies and using FamilySearch tools for more in-depth research.

Bridgette is the owner of Roots Detectives, a genealogy research business. She has a passion for a great mystery, which led her to genealogical work and to understanding her ancestors. She has been actively researching genealogy for 16 years. She has authored seven Family History biography books and has also appeared in multiple episodes of The Travel Channel’s The Dead Files.
