The British Club met for coffee at Sheila Bray’s home.

On Saturday, October 4, twenty members of the British Club attended a Coffee Morning and Book Exchange at the home of Sheila Bray in SaddleBrooke Ranch. All enjoyed the cameradie, swapping stories of vacations past and plans for the future and generally catching up with each other’s lives while enjoying salmon sandwiches, fruit cake, carrot cake, tea and coffee.
Thank you, Sheila, for hosting this fun coffee morning and convincing many of us to join this coffee club. I don’t think I have ever drank as much coffee or eaten as much cake as I did but I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to our next social event.
Every second and fourth Friday of the month the British Club has a social event in the bar area at SaddleBrooke Clubhouse which includes the following activities: Canasta, Mexican Train and maybe Bridge from 1:00 until around 4:00 p.m. This is followed by a social hour and a bar meal.

Membership is open to any person who was born in Britain or The Commonwealth or holds or has previously held a British passport and is a current homeowner of SBHOA1, SBHOA2 or SaddleBrooke Ranch.
