Balancing your life with Feng Shui

Glenda Anderson

Does your home or personal life seem a bit out of sync? Find out how your house talks and gives clues to everything that is happening in your life. Join Caroline Patrick BorNei, a Master Feng Shui educator and practitioner at the Metaphysical Study Group to be held at the HOA 1 Activity Center on November 12, 2014, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. She will offer suggestions on how to transform your life into one of harmony by changing things in your home. Caroline is also an artist, a published newspaper columnist, herbalist and author of Diary of a Feng Shui Consultant and Visual Artist. Clients are drawn to her unique, down to earth manner, locating design detail problems quickly with a cure. Educating clients and students is her passion. Find out what is working and not working in the nine areas of your home. Why does the element of wood improve family communication? These are just some of the questions Caroline will answer for you.

Workshop: Caroline will also be offering a workshop the following day, November 13, 2014, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Seating will be limited to ten people and the cost will be $29. To save your seat, contact Susan Parker at 314-3610. Bring a notebook and pencil along with a simple sketch of your current floor plan and follow along in your quest to uncover clues about yourself and others. See what is working and not working in your home. Does money come and go too quickly? Does your love life lack luster? Why am I sick? Divorce happenings? Secret cures will be given!

Personal In-Home Consultations: Mapping the home or business is Caroline’s first step in the Feng Shui consultation. By using this unique method she can quickly analyze environmental, physical and spiritual needs of the current dwelling to create harmony. Her knowledge of color and its power can help you attract Chi to any space. Caroline is a certified practitioner, Red Ribbon Professional of the International Feng Shui Guild and senior disciple of the late HH Grandmaster Thomas Lin Yun and other mentors. A two hour consultation for SaddleBrooke residents is available at a reduced rate ranging from $350 to $500, depending on the square footage of your home. To schedule your in-home consultation, contact Susan Parker at 314-3610.

Mark your calendars today to join us for this unique opportunity. Our meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month from October through May at the HOA 1 Activity Center, 64518 E. Galveston Lane from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. There is no charge and all are welcome. For further information contact Julie Goodman at 825-4407 or Susan Parker at 314-3610.
