Mark Schwartz recently spoke at the SaddleBrooke Sunrise Rotary Club about the cold war and how it affects all of us. It affected our everyday life including politics, economics, military, sports culture, entertainment which created a counter culture generation. This unique era provides a framework to examine our lives via presentations, discussions and seminars led by SaddleBrooke residents. All of those who participate will share experiences to rediscover who we are or who we might have been under different circumstances.
Their first meeting will be held on September 8 at HOA 2 MountainView Sonoran Room at 1:00 p.m. Following that initial meeting, they will meet the second Thursday of every month. The group will seek a constant stream of new ideas and topics and presenters. Presenters or discussion leaders will select their topics and the medium for their presentation.
