Community Circle Players (CCP) is excited to announce the selection of Dan “The Piano Man” Bergquist as Musical Director for its spring dinner theater production of A Glimpse of Tomorrow. Dan, as many of you know, is a cocktail pianist who performs cover songs as background entertainment at MountainView every Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
It has been 12 long years since music has been a key component of a SaddleBrooke CCP production. We are sure that Dan’s enthusiasm and talent will help to elevate our audiences’ appreciation and connection with the humorous and poignant stories at the heart of the 25 vignettes within A Glimpse of Tomorrow!
Another important piece of CCP news is that the purchase of additional lighting for the MountainView stage has been approved for the 2027 budget cycle. These six new lights will help make skin tones, costumes and scenery more natural, in addition to helping guide audience attention and give actors depth on stage. The upgraded lighting will be installed prior to our spring performance.
Auditions for A Glimpse of Tomorrow will be held Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 14 and 15. Performance dates are Friday, March 19 through Thursday, March 25, 2027. If you are interested in being as an actor, singer or part of the behind-the-scenes production team please contact the Director, Connie Ward, at clward54@gmail.com.
