Kitties are safe thanks to SaddleBrooke residents who found them living outside and took the time to get involved. The Pet Rescue Network was called and SaddleBrooke resident Diana Steinke jumped into action by trapping four feral kittens and their mother in May. The mom was sterilized, vaccinated and released because she was too wild to tame. She is being fed by a resident.
Two are adopted while Zach and Oliver wait for their forever home. They are very loving and calm, use the litter box, have all their shots, are neutered, chipped and blood tested thanks to the Steinkes. We would love them to go as a pair but they would do fine alone. Adoption fee is $50 each. Remember cats can live 20 years so adopters will need an estate plan.

Sweet Sassy was abandoned when her guardian’s husband became sick with ALS. At 13 years old and 12 pounds this beautiful Fox Terrier is healthy, happy, completely trained and loving.
Rosco is a handsome and loving Fox Terrier/Chi mix who is eight years old and is begging for a family to call his own. Rosco is house trained to a doggie door (it’s an easy transition for potty training), crate trained and will make a fast adjustment to your home. Give him a chance!
Both dogs are eligible for a 10 day home trial. To meet these and other dogs or cats, contact Leslie at [email protected] or 724-689-9843. www.sbpetrescue.com
