Saturday, April 11, 10 a.m. to noon, Vera Shury, Life Health Coach, specializing in easy adjustments to help deal with health/mental problems affecting children to seniors. Vera currently teaches Parkinson’s and other fitness classes four days a week. Vera was a caregiver for her mother, so she knows all of the ups and downs. Vera’s focus for caregivers and those affected is feel better. Move easier. Live fully at every age. One of her fitness students is 102, and still exercising. This will be a truly inspirational meeting! Join us for science-based coaching that helps all adults and seniors with chronic conditions, or if you just need to rebuild energy, strength, and confidence—one small step at a time.

Saturday, May 9, 10 a.m. to noon, Dr. Allan Anderson, is a boardcertified geriatric psychiatrist with 43 years of experience, specializing in Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.Dr. Anderson will be speaking on the importance of “Quality and Quantity of Sleep” and the effects, short term and long term, on our physical and mental health. Dr. Anderson is the Director of Banner Alzheimer’s Institute, a researcher, and a graduate of Rutgers N.J. Medical School. He has so much life experience along with his medical background. He is an amazing speaker and person.

We are open to all caregivers, whether you are just entering this challenging role or have been meeting the challenges alone. We are here to offer support and new resources. There are no fees or dues, just two hours of support and ways to be better.
