The MountainView/Preserve Women’s Golf Association is in full swing for fall. After an amazing September on The Preserve Golf Course during MountainView’s overseeding, we’re flipping the script for October. Get ready to enjoy playing on the refreshed MountainView Course.
Congratulations to our latest aces! In August, gross was Tracy McGeorge (87), and net was Ann Martin (68). In September, gross was Ralene Peters (88), and net was Cathy Quesnell (72). Don’t forget, you can still qualify for the season-end Ace Playoff on these upcoming dates: Oct. 14, Nov. 11, and Dec. 2.
Match Play Recap: On Sept. 23 eight teams brought their “A” games for the Pusch Ridge Design and Remodel-sponsored Match Play. Congratulations to the winning duos: Highest Score (10.5): Randi Roberts and Jenni Farquhar; Suzan Carter and Judy Grow. Also Crushed It: Barbara Laskowski and Jackie Kline (9.5), Ellen Victor and Carolyn Harville (10), Ann Van Sickel and Marilyn Brewer (10), and Jeana Hodges and Marianne Wicks (9.5). A Solid Tie: Ann Martin and Ralene Peters vs. Kathy Hughes and Tracy McGeorge (9). Closest to the Flagstick: Kathy Hughes, with a sponsor shout-out to The Moore Advantage Team!
