The SBWGA-18 welcomed guests to Buzzin’ in the Brooke in July. Nancy Huffman and Geri Sandilands planned a fun, competitive event as 72 ladies braved the heat on the links that day. A step–aside scramble with magic putts challenged the ladies on the course. The dining room was decorated with centerpieces of summer flowers and crocheted bumble bees. A skit by the chairs had the players buzzin’, wanting to win one of those adorable bees. Geri’s granddaughter Kendall crocheted them. We are grateful for our sponsors Lexus of Tucson and Stretch Labs.
