SaddleBrooke Senior Softball Association held its annual Saint Patrick’s Tournament on Saturday, March 15. Patrick Shaffer Dentistry sponsored the event which featured four exciting games with your friends and neighbors providing the entertainment.
This tournament’s team sponsors included: Ambient Air Heating and Cooling, Catalina Smiles Dentistry, Twin Lake Air, Stone Canyon Painting, Orbitel Communications, Preserve Grill, Players Pub and Barron Electric. We appreciate your support!
Doug Wagers of Window Wizard cooked up brats and dogs for the crowd who enjoyed the beautiful day in major league style stadium seats. Dozens of volunteers helped with things that ranged from decorating the field, directing visitors to parking, announcing and providing commentary during the games and doing DJ work between innings. There was another team to help with food preparation, serving and cleaning up. A big thank you goes to all who helped to make this event a winner for everyone.
Softball tournaments are held four times a year at the softball field located near the DesertView complex. Our next one will be for Memorial Day. Watch for announcements regarding date and times. You don’t want to be left out!
