Mother’s Day and Hawaiian Goofy Golf

Judy Falewicz

Although the MountainView Lady Putters did not resume putting in May due to repairs to the golf course, they still enjoyed their monthly luncheon to honor all the mothers. Putting is now on track to continue through the summer months. The next event is Aug. 12, and that is Hawaiian Goofy Golf, which is always a lot of fun. If you haven’t played it before, you should definitely give it a try. This is an opportunity to wear your favorite grass skirt or flowered Hawaiian shirt. A themed luncheon will follow. Putting starts at 8:30 a.m. to take advantage of “cooler” temperatures.
