The SaddleBrooke Paper Crafters had another fun August afternoon learning a new technique called bridge card. Our president, Marian Stoleson, hosted the afternoon, attended by 11 of our members. What’s a Fun Shop? It’s a dedicated workshop, usually held once a month, apart from our monthly meetings, to explore new and unusual techniques with a limited number of participants. Printed directions are usually included, so it will be easy to recreate the examples.
Paper Crafters currently has nearly 50 active members who meet once a month on the second Wednesday in SaddleBrooke One Craft Room 4 at 12:30 p.m., across from the gift shop. Our current board that keeps everything running smoothly is President Marian Stoleson, Vice-President Carol Thompson, Treasurer Susan Auster, Secretary Diana Wille, Member(s) At Large Andrea Sahl and Diane Van Maele, and Fun Shop Coordinator Marlene D’Ambrosio. Whether you’re new to paper crafting or a seasoned crafter, there is always something new to learn, or you can learn to put a new twist on a favorite technique.
