Interested in wine? Did you know that Arizona has 110 wineries? Come and enjoy the fruits of Arizona’s finest vineyards. The Arizona Opera League of Tucson is presenting Bravo Vino, an Arizona Wine, Music, Gourmet Food and Local Artisans Festival on Saturday, March 30, 2019, from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at The Gregory School 3233 Craycroft Rd.
Wineries supporting our event include Keeling Schaefer Vineyards, Pillsbury Wine Company, Zarpara Vineyard, Bodega Piece, Carlson Creek Vineyards and Coronado Vineyards, to name a few. The artisans displaying their work will be Southern Arizona Watercolor Guild, Rogers Glass Art, Ambrosio Adams Metal Arts, Sogno Toscano Olive Oil Boutique, JR Jewelry and Gifts, Bleu d’Olive and more. Foodies will also have lots to taste, including Dante’s Fire, gourmet burgers and a selection from Tucson’s top ten food trucks.
A wide variety of music will be presented starting out with the guitar music of John Oeth, then a lively duo the 76th Street band and finishing up with jazz singer Sandra Basset and her band. Of course, we will include opera singers performing your favorite arias and Broadway musical numbers, to give you a full day of musical experience.
This event is a fundraiser that will benefit the outreach and education programs of Arizona Opera that reach 70,000 students and adults.
Tickets can be purchased at a reduced price of $15 in advance at bravovino.eventbrite.com and $20 at the day of the event.
