Now that many snowbirds are back, we have more people coming to the SaddleBrooke Ballroom Dance Club events and more dances for everyone to attend. Check us out!
A total of 48 people dined and danced at our October 13 Dinner Dance with a Dance with Style theme. In addition to SaddleBrooke members and their guests, we were joined by two dance instructors from nearby Mystic Rhythms dance studio. They inspired us to continue taking lessons and dance more.
Our November Ballroom Dinner Dance Party is already upon us, as it is on November 17. Unfortunately, it is too late to sign up as reservations were due by November 9 so our chef and dining staff have time to prepare for our dance. Dinner begins with a fall green salad with cranberries. Entrée options are blackened pan seared steelhead trout, chicken piccata or vegetarian smoked tomato squash. Then we’ll have pumpkin cupcakes for dessert. It is autumn. Our guest DJ will be Steve Holdener providing a nice range of music for dancing. Club members pay only $30; guests pay $40.
Plan now to attend the Holiday Ballroom Dinner Dance Party on Friday, December 28. This winter holiday-themed dinner dance will be held at the MountainView Ballroom. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., dinner is at 6:00 p.m. and dancing starts at 7:00 p.m. The menu is yet to be decided but we know it will be good. Our DJs are Kaye and Rick Baumgartner who will provide a nice variety of ballroom dancing music for us. We have fun! Tickets for this event are only $30 for club members, $40 for guests.
