Wally Mara
The Latin dance secret? It’s no longer a secret. On March 4, 2016 the American Heart Association reported: “After four months of lively Latin dance classes, older adults were more physically fit and walked faster than those in a health education program, according to a University of Illinois at Chicago study. By study’s end, the dancers had shaved 38 seconds off their time in a 400-meter walk test.”
The Latin Rhythm Dance Club is SaddleBrooke’s premier dance organization. In our classes we provide professional-level Latin dance instruction throughout the year.

Learn the Dance DVDs
Each of our dance classes is videoed by our talented member/videographer Carol Newhouse. At the end of each four session course, Carol converts her video clips into instructional DVDs, which are available for $10 per DVD. Our current catalog lists 22 DVDs covering 15 different dances, both beginning and intermediate. Contact us for a copy.
