What’s Up in the O.V.?

Barbara Barr

On Thursday, Feb. 27th, Dave Perry will present “What’s Up in Oro Valley?” at the Rotary meeting at the SaddleBrooke One Clubhouse. Dave is the President and CEO of the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce. When he visits our Rotary Club, our members and guests are always riveted by his stories and information about our closest metropolitan area. It’s fun to get the inside scoop on what’s happening in the O.V.

Accompanying Dave Perry will be Omar Cruz, Manager of Corporate Sales with the Roadrunners. So, in addition to the inside story on Oro Valley, we’ll also find out more about the Roadrunners Team.

Visitors are welcome to attend our programs and join us for lunch before the program. We generally begin ordering lunches around 11:15 a.m. There are three menu options ranging from $7.50 to $13.50. After a short meeting, our programs usually begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Upcoming programs in February include:

Feb. 13: Dr. Dan Twelker, International President of Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity (VOSH) speaks on International Services for Vision.

Feb. 20: Program on Sister Jose Women’s Center.

Feb. 27: Dave Perry, President and CEO of the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce speaks on “What’s Up in Oro Valley?”. He’s also bringing a guest from the Roadrunners Team.
