Tickets for this April’s new mystery dinner The Mafioso Murders are now available and going fast. SaddleBrooke’s theatre group Community Circle Players (CCP) is bringing mobsters, mols, murder, and bootleg hooch to the Vistas dining room and MountainView Ballroom for your entertainment. Sort out the clues dropped by actors moving among the diners and find out “who dun it.”

Last year 900 attended CCP’s production of Eat, Drink, and Be Deadly! This year, residents started lining up for tickets at 6:10 a.m. the first day they were available. One of the women selling tickets remarked, “People have been looking forward to this new show for a long time.”

The $49 tickets for The Mafioso Murders and an Italian themed meal are being sold at the SaddleBrooke One administration building for the April 8, 9, 10, and 11 performances in the SaddleBrooke One Vistas dining room and at the SaddleBrooke TWO administration building for April 12, 13 and 14 performances in the SaddleBrooke TWO MV Ballroom. Tickets must be purchased in advance. SaddleBrooke One has a comfortable arrangement for 130 at each show, and at the MV Ballroom there will be 15 tables for 10 people, maximum 150. “No one will be more than a table away from the action at either location,” says producer Shawne Cryderman.

The evening performances will begin with a no host bar at 5:00 p.m. with the curtain going up at approximately 5:50 p.m. At SaddleBrooke One’s Vistas the dinner includes a grilled artichoke and roasted tomato on lemon flatbread appetizer with the entree chicken Saltimbocca topped with shaved imported prosciutto, sage and house made mozzarella. Since it is supposed to be Giuseppe Calzones’ Birthday, count on some cake for dessert. Those attending the show at SaddleBrooke TWO’s MV Ballroom will feast on Caesar salad to start, baked ziti with chicken parmesan on top, breadsticks, and a white chocolate cupcake drizzled with chocolate ganache.
