The fifth Thursday of any month is a social event for the SaddleBrooke Sunrise Rotary. In March, members decided to experience a bit of the cowboy life at Cadillac Chaparral Steakhouse and Saloon. Twenty-eight members and guests gathered to take in baked beans, ribs, steak and drinks and, of course, to have fun. A few members dressed the part as did Savo Fries and others posed with John Wayne, the Lone Ranger and Tonto (Sharon and Garrett Ressing) and Hopalong Cassidy (Patti Albaugh). After a fun evening, SaddleBrooke Sunrise members returned to their Mustangs, Broncos and Colts for the short ride home!

SaddleBrooke Sunrise Rotary Club meets every Thursday at the MountainView Bistro, East Room at 8:00 a.m. Come for breakfast and enjoy the fun. Join us for informative programs and opportunities for giving back to the community. For more information, contact Mark Douglas at [email protected]. Upcoming programs include Tabitha Yim, women’s gymnastics coach at University of Arizona, on April 20.
