What is more fun than watching our desert change with the passing seasons? The summer monsoons are here in all their glory and bring with them color, a good soaking and a nice, slow pace. We now have to catch our breath after the busy winter and spring golf seasons!
Our summer Aces certainly didn’t let the lazy days keep them from mustering their best games! Congratulations to our June Aces, Becky Hubbard with a gross score of 78 and Sylvia Kastelic with a net score of 67. July Aces to be applauded are Charley Johnson who won Gross Ace with an 84 and Maggie Brown who scored 69 to win Net Ace.

We have a new member, Stephanie Gaskill, and we would like to extend a big welcome to her.
Girl’s Golf hosted a fundraiser at Skyline Country Club on August 1 and a number of our ladies signed up to play. Girl’s Golf is a great organization that provides girls with the opportunity to participate in this wonderful game and enjoy a lifetime of fun and friendship.
