We all have been touched by cancer in one way or another. We know the generosity of SaddleBrooke residents in the past has made a difference and we believe we are not yet finished. Join your friends and neighbors as we honor and celebrate the lives of those touched by this disease. Chef Dave has planned a special evening with delicious food stations for your dining enjoyment. In addition, we will be offering five special wines to enjoy and your purchase of any of these wines as well as a portion of your ticket price includes a very generous contribution to the University of Arizona Cancer Center. As you know, all money donated to the U of A Cancer Center stays right here in the Tucson area so please consider joining us for an evening of friendship, love and outstanding dining.
Salad: Strawberry, feta cheese, red onion with balsamic honey vinaigrette
Appetizer: Thai chicken flat bread with caramelized onions, bacon, spinach and smoked mozzarella; Oysters Rockefeller; Asian beef wonton
Entrée: Steamship round of beef with horseradish cream and au jus; ¼ smoked chicken with Carolina mustard BBQ sauce; loaded mashed potatoes; mixed vegetables
Risotto station: Wild mushroom; crawfish and sweet corn
Dessert: Raspberry swirl cheesecake
