Our annual fundraising campaign ended in March and thanks to our wonderful members we raised $13,900! The majority of donors gave in excess of the $20 membership dues, propelling us to goal. Thank you to our new donors and a gigantic thank you to the 171 families who renewed their membership. We are a small but powerful group making a big impact!
Combined with revenue from our Howl at the Moon and Fashion Show fundraisers, we can apply $15,000 towards this summer’s Payoff Vet Debt campaign. Bonnie Kay, a Tucson pet advocate, is also donating $15,000 for a $2 fur $1 match. If Tucson donates $15,000, we’ll send $45,000 to local rescues’ vet bills.
Not a single homeless pet can be saved by Tucson’s amazing rescue groups unless a vet bill is paid. We strongly believe that our donations have the biggest impact on giving abandoned pets a second chance at life when we support vet costs.
