The annual Sputters and Niners ladies have always enjoyed getting together and having fun. This year was no exception. The weather was perfect and the courses were perfect. The play was a modified scramble; the Niners hit their own ball from the tee. The best ball is determined and each plays their own ball from that position each time until reaching the green. The team decides which ball might be the easiest or closest to the hole and the sputters take turns hitting that ball until it goes in the cup. This way everyone plays and contributes to the team score. All enjoyed the great brunch and the company after the match.

Winners in first place on the SaddleBrooke course are Ann Irwin, Barb Rempel, Miki Pratt and Jackie Davidson.

Winners in the first place on the Tucson course are Pat Avery, Judy Anick, Linda Carr and Ruth Larsen. Prizes were paid out for first, second and third place.

Thanks go out to our Pro Bernie Eaton and Assistant Troy Jukes, Niners Chair Hedy Gryszan and Sputters Chair Marion Ramsey and their committees and to our great photographer, Bob Koblewski.
