Welcome back to all the snowbirds. We hope you had a wonderful summer. Even with the summer heat here in SaddleBrooke we were still able to get some great dancing in at the lovely, cool Vermilion Room at SaddleBrooke One. English Country Dancing is great exercise and a lot of fun. The steps are mostly lilting walking steps which are a lot more fun than jogging or just walking around the neighborhood, plus you get the camaraderie with other dancers while having fun doing the dances. So if you haven’t tried English Country Dancing before, give it a try. It’s free of charge and you’re most welcome to join us any Thursday afternoon from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the Vermilion Room, SaddleBrooke One. It’s best to call or email us if you’re coming for the first time in the event we have had to change venues. Just call or email Enid Fowler at 520-818-1932, email [email protected] or Kay White at 520-818-9482, email [email protected] and come and have some fun!
