Twenty members of the SB RV Club attended the 46th annual Hot Air Festival held in Albuquerque, NM. This is the largest balloon festival in the world. Over 900,000 enthusiasts attended the 2018 event with over 400 balloons launched into the sky.
Chris and Audrey Costello were the organizers. Our group totally enjoyed watching balloons of all shapes, sizes and colors. Although the weather was often breezy, those SaddleBrooke RV Club members who attended had a great time. Are you an RV-er? Join the club and come with us on one of our many trip caravans throughout the area. We are in the planning stage of next year’s events, including another trip to Albuquerque for next year’s festival. You may even be able to go up in a balloon.
