Roving Diners are groups of six to eight people from Community Church in SaddleBrooke who meet for food and fellowship. Groups are formed twice a year; each group meeting three to four times. Those involved take turns hosting, selecting the event and all contribute food to the meal.

Linda and Tom Carr recently hosted a tailgate party at their home for our group, where we were introduced to walking tacos. We were asked to dress in our team colors, either college or pro.

Groups have also hosted brunches, appetizer or pizza parties, soup and salad dinners or dinner out, to name a few.

The Community Church at SaddleBrooke meets each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in DesertView Theater. We are a nondenominational church and everyone is welcome to attend.
