Nature Club supporting Catalina Nature Program

Dan Chase

This year the SaddleBrooke Nature Club will again take donations to be sold at the I Don’t Want It Sale from members of the community to raise support for the Catalina Nature Program at Catalina State Park. Over the past several years the SaddleBrooke Nature Club has been able to contribute several thousands of dollars for the care and feeding of animals in the nature exhibit that got started by Jim Cloer a decade ago. Currently the program is under the direction of Jerry Schudda, another wildlife enthusiast from here in SaddleBrooke, and a group of volunteers that have done an admirable job of making the general public aware of how important these indigenous critters are to our desert environment.

The sale is October 22, 2017, at the MountainView Clubhouse parking lot in SaddleBrooke. Shop early and get the best deals. If you have items you would like to donate give Dan Chase a call at 818-0715 before October 19.
