Metaphysical Study Group

Julie Goodman

Douglas Stewart, SaddleBrooke resident, will share for our May 10 meeting his experience and lessons from walking on fire! The presentation will be in the HOA 1 Activities Center (64518 E. Galveston) from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

“Have you ever wondered what it would be like to walk 12 feet on burning coals? Do you think you could even try it or stop in the middle and pick up a burning coal? And why don’t we burn? And what could we learn from such an experience?” asks Stewart.

Stewart’s background is science and engineering. “It doesn’t make sense to not burn,” said Stewart. “But in the late 90s I walked on those burning coals not once but about nine times. No burns! And my spiritual world began expanding by leaps and bounds.”

“Please come and share in my experience with me. Find out the options available for growth and ask all the questions you have wanted to ask! I look forward to seeing you,” enthused Stewart.

Douglas Stewart has been a consultant and speaker on leadership and management – from experience on diverse mega projects building power-plants and oil projects, including managing IT applications – with his last work teaching business and communications as a college professor.

The Metaphysical Study Group (MSG) is an exploratory group of like-minded individuals getting together to discuss spiritual and enlightenment topics. MSG presents programs of interest and is open to everyone. There is no religious affiliation or creed and all are welcome.

A new board will have been elected and will be presented at the May meeting. We still have some crucial offices open. Please volunteer so that MSG can continue its meaningful work. Please contact ([email protected]) current president to volunteer.
